Question: What does "To order" mean?

Answer: A product listed as "to order" means that it is not in stock. When we get your order we start the creating process and that process takes about 1-2 weeks depending on how many parts of that jewellery piece we do not have in stock. Please send us an email if you want to know how long it will take for the product(s) you ordered to be finished and shipped to you!

Question: Are your products nickel free?

Answer: All our products low nickel and most of the are sompletely nickel free. If you are extremly allergic to nickel please contact us for more information about what products are guaranteed nickel free. 

Question: Am I able to order a necklace with a longer/shorter chain?

Answer: Of course! All of our necklaces are avaible in a different lenght! Just send us a message or write in the comment at checkout what length you want of your chain or leather cord!

Question: Can I get this necklace with a silver chain instead?

Answer: All of our necklaces are avaible in these three variations: with a gold chain, a silver chain or in leather. Please contact us if you want to make a custom order! 

Question: What does OOAK mean?

Answer: OOAK means that the product is one of a kind and thats theres only one avaible of this product! OOAK is perfect for you who wnats something truly unique that only you have! 

Question: Do you use real leather in your products?

Answer: As we are a animal-friendly company we do our best to avoid materials made from animals. All leather bracelets are made of fake leather which looks and feels like real leather but are not made from animals! Anyhow the leather cords we use for some of our necklaces are of real leather as fake leather do not provide the strength and quality needed for a necklace.
